Appointment Etiquette/Cancellation Policy:
Our personal and professional incomes are based
solely upon services provided to our clients. Please remember when you make an appointment, no other clients
can be scheduled at that time.
Arriving early/on time for your scheduled service
ensures the proper time necessary to comfortably complete your service. It also keeps us on time for the services of
others as they arrive on schedule throughout the day.
While we understand delays can occur, it may be necessary
to change or modify your service to accommodate the remaining time of your scheduled appointment. Regardless of the
service given in the remaining time, you will be financially responsible for the "full" service scheduled.
If you cannot make your appointment, we request a minimum of 24 hours notice
(1 business day) so that we have sufficient time to notify others of the open space.
A service fee of 50% or greater of your originally scheduled service may be charged in the following
instances:
- No-Show or missed appointments. (Failure to cancel/arrive for scheduled appointment).
- Appointments cancelled without the minimum 24-hour notice (1 business day).

- Extremely
late for an appointment (The time remaining does not comply with time needed to complete your service).
